Kevin Kirk and Onomatopoeia in Concert
"Practically unboxable," "rhythmically diverse," and "eminently listenable" are comments that have all been applied to the music pouring from the stage into the souls of the audience when Kevin Kirk and Onomatopoeia perform. Onomatopoeia, in addition to Kirk at the piano, includes a group of Idaho musicians, each with an individually strong musical background - Tom Tompkins, Mike Seifrit, Jon Hyneman, Pat Hyneman, Greg Perkins, and Phil Garonzik. Together they serve up their own high-energy jazz. Their all-original compositions keep feet tapping long after the program is over. Current member and alumni of the Treasure Valley Youth Symphony add a symphonic component to the concert.

Pathways of Pioneers: Idaho's Oregon Trail Legacy
The historic Oregon and California Trails and their various alternate routes wind through Idaho for hundreds of miles. With more surviving trail ruts than any other state, there are many places in Idaho to walk in the footsteps of the emigrants. This hour-long "Outdoor Idaho Special" features dozens of landmarks along the trail including Big Hill, Soda Springs, Fort Hall, Massacre Rocks, Parting of the Ways, Three Island Crossing, Fort Boise and other significant sites. This program also include dramatic reenactments of travel by covered wagon and interviews with historians and trail experts. And it follows the trail today with modern-day wagon trains whose participants want to keep this important heritage alive.

Xtreme Sports
Testing yourself. Pushing the limits. Using technology to take your sport to the next level. And in the process, redefining the boundaries of what's possible. In the 80's and 90's extreme sports - or lifestyle sports - seemed to take the country by storm, as young people defied gravity and convention, pushing the limits of safety and, some would say, common sense. In Idaho, extreme sports are flourishing, as people legally jump off the Perrine Bridge, race through obstacle courses in cyclocross competitions, climb boulders without ropes or harnesses, kayak the snowy Sawtooth Mountains, and soar thousands of feet high at the annual King Mountain Hang Gliding Championships. Also includes the original Extremely Idaho program which has such extreme sports as ziplining, river boarding, kayaking over an icy waterfall plus more.
