Redeeming a gift certificate is easy on the web or the phone!

On the web, go to Shop.Idahoptv.org and enter the certificate number from the gift certificate in the designated area at checkout. By phone, call us at (877) 224-7200, and mention the gift certificate number to our customer service representative.

Please note the following:

    * Only one gift certificate may be redeemed per order
    * Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
    * Gift certificates are not refundable
    * Any unused balance will be maintained in our system under the gift certificate number
    * Gift certificates or unused portions of gift certificates will      expire one year from the date of issue
    * If your order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, you must pay for the remainder with a credit card or check
